Catch Report on the TOM Popper:

Wednesday 02.09

Weather: 40c , medium to strong wind, waves around 1m high.

The Tom popper has a very good casting range and stable action when handled in short swipes.

Longer swipes make him break through the waves.

On the 200g max voyager rod the action ain’t that clean as the rod is too heavy.

I changed to 120g max PE6 rod of mine and it seems the perfect match.

good range , easy and clean action.
